Days after threatening to punish judges for unethical behavior, Chief Justice Sie-A-Nyene Yuoh suspends for time indefinite, Judge Sikajipo Wollor, while recommending dismissal for another court official
Judge Wollor’s indefinite suspension according to a release issued Thursday in Monrovia, is due to his alleged involvement with ethical misconduct which is of a grave magnitude.
The release further says that Chief Justice Yuoh, has forwarded Judge Sikajipo Wollor to the judicial inquiry commission for a full skill investigation which will determine whether he remains suspended from all judicial functions pending the outcome.
Meanwhile, Justice Yuoh has ordered the immediate dismissal of the Tax Court clerk, Webster Wreh.
The release says the dismissal of Wreh as clerk of the Tax Court follows an administrative investigation that found him liable for egregious ethical misconduct unbefitting a staff of the judiciary.
