Liberia to legalize abortion of unborn babies, as Senate Committee concludes plan to revise the country’s health law
The Liberian Senate Committee on Health and Gender has announced that is concluding plan on the revised health law to legalize abortion in Liberia.
The disclosure was made by Senate Committee Chairman on Health and Gender, Senator Augustine Chea.
Senator Chea said his committee ended a debate into the revised Health Law in the Port City of Buchanan on the need for women to have rights to abortion.
He stated the law when fully finalized, will give women the full rights and secured ways to abortion in the country.
